Current Openings
Youth Ministry Director | Full-Time
The Youth Ministry Director provides leadership and oversight to Redeemer’s Youth Ministry by shaping the ministry’s goals and objectives, directing its teaching and gathering rhythms, providing relational discipleship to students, and leading and equipping a team of staff and volunteers. The ultimate goal is to create and foster an environment where students are pursued and challenged to grow into lifelong disciples of Jesus, where parents are supported and strengthened in the discipleship happening at home, and where students are fully integrated into the life of the church.

Men’s Ministry & Membership Director | Full-Time
The Men's & Membership Director will lead Redeemer's Men's Ministry and oversee our membership process, guiding men toward deeper discipleship and newcomers from guest to Covenant Membership. This person will also play an integral part in church-wide discipleship, working alongside the entire discipleship team to build our church family up toward maturity in Christ.
