At Redeemer, we believe that Christ did not merely die to save an assorted collection of individuals. He sacrificed His physical body to make a Body of believers - the Church. Our growth and maturity in Christ are inextricably connected to our brothers and sisters’ growth and maturity.
Redeemer’s discipleship team exists to foster this growth with the foremost hope of seeing men and women come to faith. Additionally, we hope they will become members who grow in worship, discipleship, community, and service.
The Discipleship Administrative Assistant will support and energize these efforts within our church family. This individual will work with the rest of the discipleship team to accomplish the team’s mission. This involves coordinating and supporting our membership process, Home Groups, discipleship classes, Women’s Ministry, and other discipleship opportunities.
