  4. In what ways or areas of your life do you most struggle with submitting to Jesus’s authority? Why?

  5. How might it actually be a good thing that Jesus is authoritative over each of us and that our lives are not our own?

  6. Read Psalm 118:22-24 (referenced in Mark 12). What does it mean for us that Jesus is the “cornerstone?”
